Problem / Challenges

SpecCeramics has served architects, designers, and commercial builders since 1986, but that kind of long-standing B2B credibility doesn’t automatically translate to a modern website. The brand needed a site that could showcase a huge, varied product catalog — porcelain, stone, glass, wood-look tile — without turning into an overwhelming directory, while still speaking to the design-forward audience (architects, specifiers, interior designers) that actually drives their sales.

Solution / Our Approach

Softlogs handled the UI/UX design and full site build on Next.js, leading with large-format lifestyle photography instead of product-catalog thumbnails, so the site feels closer to a design studio than a supplier’s warehouse listing. Collections like Mutina Mews and Forum are presented as editorial features with their own imagery and story, and a dedicated “Designer Workspace” and “Quick Ship” navigation gives returning trade professionals a faster path to what they actually need, separate from first-time browsers exploring collections.

Result / Outcomes

The finished site gives SpecCeramics a digital presence that matches its position in the market, an established, trusted supplier, while making its catalog feel current and browsable for the design-focused clients it depends on.
