Either party may terminate services according to the applicable project agreement.

Softlogs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, or third-party losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Clients must not use Softlogs services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes.
